This place has changed over the years. Always different people when you arrive for service. Up-sell is the new norm. My service advisor tried to up-sell my basic oil and tire rotation to i Always different people when you arrive for service. Up-sell is the new norm. My service advisor tried to up-sell my basic oil and tire rotation to include new wipers, and oil and fuel additives. She also said my tires were at 50% and wanted to provide me with an estimate for new tires and an alignment. I had also asked her upon arrival if my car had any open recalls. She stated she would check and let me know. Well, I had to ask her on the way out again to find out that it did. More
