With every story you read about dealers sticking outrageous markups on new cars, I was concerned I wouldn't get at least MSRP. However, my quoted price at day of order was what I paid. Alejandra, the CFS Manager I dealt with was similarly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The upsell was far less aggressive than most dealers I've been to. No scare tactics to push us into buying aftermarket accessories like one dealer in Texas I dealt with. When I indicated none of their optional packages appealed to me, she quickly created one that suited what *I* wanted. This was appreciated. All in all, if I am in the market for a Subaru again, I would probably go here. More

They were very helpful and ordering our new Outback and when we would need to order it. This was probably the easiest, no-stress, new car order I have ever made despite the stressful times of buying a new car, especially with the current climate with little to no inventory on the lot. Jeff Simpson knows the Subaru line well. It is refreshing to have a friendly salesperson who knows their products; it is so discouraging when you go to other dealerships or any store for that fact and you know more than the salesperson, but this is not the case with Jeff, he really knows each model of the Subaru line well. Besides being knowledgeable, Jeff was enjoyable to work with and without pressure, you couldn't ask for a better salesman and he is like working alongside with your best friend. Going through finance can be one of the most stressful parts of buying a new car. Dylan was also super nice and wasn't trying to force us to purchase anything we didn't want. Dylan tailored the options and warranty to what we really wanted and felt was necessary. You don't walk away feeling you been taken advantage of; you feel happy because you got just what you wanted in a very pleasant, no-stress atmosphere. It was super simple to make my appointment online. Called a couple of days before to find out if my recall was going to be done same day or not.
