I purchased my 2018 Outback 3.6 here and have never had it serviced anywhere else. One of the best things about this dealership is that you are assigned to a service person who continues with you from one it serviced anywhere else. They are good about calling and keeping you posted about the statue of your repair. They are not perfect, of course. Not too long after I purchased the car, I noticed that the Bluetooth always skipped while playing music. I took it back several times and they even replaced the entertainment system! I finally learned from a friend that one has to connect the smart phone to the car with a cable. Upon further research, I noticed that it was in the car's manual. How is it that no one knew this? We own 2 Subarus and have taken them in for a needed Starlink upgrade. They screwed up both times and ended up having to replace the DCU. On my Outback they told me I needed to have the battery replace Starlink upgrade. They screwed up both times and ended up having to replace the DCU. On my Outback they told me I needed to have the battery replaced at a cost of $200 for a battery that will only last 20 months. What a rip off! I will never buy another Subaru and I will never go to Autonation Subaru again. More

Took my 2016 Subaru Forester to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe for 50,000 servicing. I have almost always used this dealership for servicing. It was busy, which is a good sign. Also lots of new faces at the service desks, which in not uncommon at this dealership. Ean Berberi was my service manager and was very professional. I hope to deal with him again. I was signed in reasonably quickly and the servicing was done reasonably quickly. I was quite happy with my experience there, except for one thing. All of the complementary donuts were gone by the time I got there just after 9 AM. More
Incompetence, they don't seem to care about customers at all. Lack of urgency is one thing. But they can't even seem to answer the phone, let alone respond to a voicemail. Built a car on the Subaru website and contacted this dealership to order. During the process, the sales person said we'd get an email to confirm the order before it would be placed, that email never cam dealership to order. When the vehicle arrived, some items we had specified were not included. These are almost entirely cosmetic options and the price was adjusted to not include them, but it was a disappointment to not receive what was expected and represented to us. The vehicle itself has been great with no issues, but the process of ordering through this dealership was far from ideal. More
