Brought my new Outback in for it’s 6000 mile service. Oil change, filter, tire rotation, and inspection. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled service and waited over two hours. The service coordinator change, filter, tire rotation, and inspection. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled service and waited over two hours. The service coordinator was friendly and courteous. It seemed a long time for the service but it was my first experience with AutoNation, so maybe they take a while to do a complete job. The service coordinator let us know the car was ready, so we took possession and left the dealership. We stopped at a shop on the way home and when we started the car, I was met with the messages that I need an oil change, filter, and inspection. I figured that it might take a little time for the indicators to reset. The indicators didn’t reset over the rest of the day. I called AutoNation and told them. Their response was that they would reset the indicators the next time I stop by. I told them that I live a long way from the dealership and could they just tell me how to reset it. I was told that I could look it up on YouTube. I said I’d work it out myself and they wished me a good day. No apology for the inconvenience. I felt like I was taking up their time. Not impressed with my first service visit. And yes, it was easy to reset the indicators, but I shouldn’t have had to. More
They were quick they were clean. They did a minor repair as well as a recall item. I took it in in the morning thinking it would be an all day thing. But they finished before break time at my job as well as a recall item. I took it in in the morning thinking it would be an all day thing. But they finished before break time at my job More
