I didn't have an appointment when my check engine light came on and loud noises coming from the front engine compartment, however they told me they would be able to squeeze me in if I wait. I waited and they told me that the code was because I had an aftermarket gas cap. They did not address the noise up front, which was clearly coming from the fan belt pulley system. I bought a new gas cap and paid a diagnostic fee. That was a week ago the noise got worse, I tried to get an appointment and was never called back. I'm currently getting a tow truck because the noise is gone, because The pulley broke off and stopped making noise. I understand if a repair shop is a very busy but please do not say you did a proper diagnosis just to have me on the side of the road a week later for something that was very obvious. Very disappointed and wasted a lot of my time. More

When I made my appointment, I was told my car would be ready by 4pm. When I dropped off my car, I was told 5pm so I pushed back my dinner plans. I arrived back at 5pm and my car was not complete. They should have checked when I dropped it off. Took them about 45 mins to an an hour to do the work. Was told my car was ready at 6pm. Didn’t get my car until 6:30pm. Had to cancel my plans. The dumbest thing is I had to drop off my car at 8am and it wasn’t touched for hours and did not take the 7-8 hours that were quoted. Sure I had the oil changed too but that’s maybe another 30 mins to and hour so why did you need my car all day just not to touch it and wait my time. Seems to always happen here as my last two experience were not great either. More
