Oh. ..where to start. Car was sold to us with bad wheel bearing and axel. Obvious grind and roar, but was told it went through their multi-point inspectio ..where to start. Car was sold to us with bad wheel bearing and axel. Obvious grind and roar, but was told it went through their multi-point inspection (at least we had a short warranty that covered that). Credit was pulled even though we were directly told to our faces it wasn't going to be since we were paying by check. Miles were incorrectly labeled on paperwork. Tried calling anyone at this location today and couldn't get a soul to answer the phone 12.12.22 (sales, service, etc.) Another Autonation location is literally waiting on them to update their system so we can process the warranty and move on. More
