On Saturday we checked out a Crosstrek Limited and asked if it was available. We were told it had been sold. I went home and I shared my interest via TrueCar. Sales was great when we bought the car, service is lacking terribly, poor response time. Had a tire leak, dropped off the car 2 hrs prior to our 11:30 appt time. He told us it would take a couple days to get the tires, but hecwould check with parts at 9 am. We called at 9 am no call back. Went to the dealership at 1:45 to be told he hadn't had time to check his messages. Picked up our car and went to Schwabb . We will go to another dealership for service.
