It was just luck that there was only one available that I liked, but it was the salesman, Chris Mueller, who made the difference in a positive way. He was so knowledgeable and unagressive in his approach to selling cars.which was so refreshing for me. In addition, the staff that we encountered during the process were equally courteous and accommodating. I actually met the manager and expressed to her what a wonderful experience it was and I almost didn't feel like I was buying a car because it was so easy and stress free. I also complimented her on the people that she hired who all had the same positive customer service attitude and approach. More
