We make an appointment at 10:00 AM My car was taken at 12:00 Pm after we ask, I was told it going to be another 1.1/2 hour to finish the oil change. What is the point of making an appointment? This dealership is the absolute BEST. If I had the ability to give more than a five star review; I most certainly would. My salesperson was Hannah Proud. Her knowledge and professionalism was the BEST I have ever encountered in over 50 years of car buying. She is friendly, not pushy and knows what she is doing paperwork wise; so as to not waste your time spent in the dealership. All of our interactions with Ms. Proud were pleasant and enjoyable. If there is a better car salesperson out there I have yet to encounter them. After our deal on a Crosstrek was complete; my next step was Finance and Insurance. Usually, my most dreaded part of buying a car. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the way Ms. Samantha Mohan. approached her job. No high pressure, no guilt trips if you didn't want the product; just an explanation of what the product was and how much it cost. I shopped for car warranties before I got to the dealership and Ms. Mohan got me a great warranty at a great price. For the same coverage; Ms. Mohan saved me 900 dollars over Carshield, and over 1400 dollars over Endurance and Carchex. This was the very best F and I person I have ever dealt with. I usually walk out of F and I; sick to my stomach and feel like I've been screwed over. Not this time; I felt like I was treated in a fair manner. Also Ms. Mohan has a great personality is extremely relatable to the average person. The sales manager Brett Leib was great. Not only did I get a great deal on the Crosstrek, but I got more than a fair deal on my trade in. He is friendly, personable, and a complete professional. I have worked at 3 car dealerships and only wish I'd had the chance to work for someone like Mr. Leib. Top notch. Before I left the dealership with my new car; I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Sara Bishop (the general manager). Not your typical stuck in the mud, I'm better than you type of person. Nice, friendly, thoughtful and down to earth. I bet she's a great person to work for. One last thing; our car was in front of the dealership entrance when we arrived. It was detailed like I never seen a car detailed before. I didn't meet the person who detailed the car, but he deserves a thank you and maybe a raise. I traveled over 160 miles to get to the best dealership I've ever encountered and I'd do it again and again. Before you buy a new Subaru; give this dealership a chance for your business. You'll be glad you did. More
