The manufacturer did not install the most updated safety software. When I figured out something was wrong, the dealer (Autonation) squeezed me in that day, despite being busy. Service took a fair bit longer than expexted/planned (3hrs for a 4-wheel alignment & MPI), although some extra time was after some recommended work. Joel was very nice. While waiting for my initial service to be completed, another person (not sure if advisor or another service employee who was not my advisor, Joel) came up to me to tell me my battery was good, but my rear brakes were shot, no MPI sheet or video. A couple minutes later though, Joel messaged me to let me know my service was done and as a result of my MPI, my brakes were still good, but my battery was weak...confusing and no MPI sheet. More

Brought in my Crosstrek with the complaint of a noise coming from the dash area that is noticeable when the cabin is quiet. To me it seemed like it might be related to the from HVAC motor. The motor was coming from the dash area that is noticeable when the cabin is quiet. To me it seemed like it might be related to the from HVAC motor. The motor was replaced under my extended warranty that included a $100 deductible. Unfortunately, the noise is still there. A complete waste of my time and money. This is my first bad experience at this dealership in 10+ year long relationship. Extremely disappointing to have to go back with the same complaint. More
