I brought my car in twice because my phone and radio were not interfacing when on a call. The technicians could not find the problem and the car was still new. I contacted Mike Harris, service director and not interfacing when on a call. The technicians could not find the problem and the car was still new. I contacted Mike Harris, service director and asked if a new radio could be installed to fix the problem. He went above and beyond and made it happen. Since then I haven't had any other problems. Had my oil changed also. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend Auto Nation to my friends and family. More

Easy to schedule appointment. Friendly staff. Still no charge for oil change after 35k miles. Couldn’t fix the Eyesight dropout issue however. AZ heat is too much and the system. Friendly staff. Normally my experience is excellent but this oil change I rate it only a good cause of several things and they might seem minor but they all add up. I asked if they would wash my car and they said they would rate it only a good cause of several things and they might seem minor but they all add up. I asked if they would wash my car and they said they would that the person who does the car wash was working that day. They did not do it and did not tell me they didn’t do it so if you say you’re going to do some thing do it and if you can’t just let me know. Also one of the caps on my car tire was missing and they were a special order cap. They have to pay attention, everything adds up. They did not fill the windshield wiper fluid. More
