My Garmin GPS, Mapquest App and Google App could not bring me within sight of the dealership. The map link from the dealer's website shows the location as south of Hayden. I was told this problem has been known for over a year. Every flier, receipt, etc. should include a map. I'd been there about a year ago. But after a year you don't remember directions, what you quickly remember is the sense of frustration. It's been a year. Clearly upper management is not interested in attracting or keeping clients. Superb customer service - could not have been better! Major repair work on older Subaru required several days. Independent shops could not correctly diagnose. A few hours follow-up work required at no cost, and rental provided for full day. A third visit was required. Rental car was again being arranged for up to 5 days at no charge to accommodate personal schedule. Reason for third visit determined to be separate problem unrelated to repair, but problem diagnosed and repaired within an hour or so at no charge! Rental unnecessary. The entire service department really took great care of us and our car. We'll definitely be back. More
