I called multiple dealerships trying to get real numbers over the phone, and no other dealer would help me. Everyone else just tried to pressure me to come in without giving me any information. Genesis was completely different. She spent her ENTIRE DAY putting my deal together over the phone BEFORE I even got to the dealership. She gave me honest, real numbers upfront, answered every question, and had everything ready when I arrived. No games, no bait-and-switch, just honest and hard work. This dealership is lucky to have her. She is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her customers. She made a process that is usually stressful incredibly easy and respectful of my time. Because of Genesis, I am now driving a new car from AutoNation Subaru West If you need a car, do yourself a favor and skip the runaround - go straight to Genesis. She will take care of you the way no one else will! My overall experience with this dealership was great from start to finish! They were professional, honest, and respectful of my time.
