I have had a very bad experience with AutoNation Subaru West, but this is not one of them. They handled a problem that was caused by a my insurance company when they sent someone to start up my car in the West, but this is not one of them. They handled a problem that was caused by a my insurance company when they sent someone to start up my car in the garage. It started up right away and we drove it for a few miles, charging up the battery. Then it suddenly died on a major street. They put on the jumper cable backwards and fried a fuse that caused the car to die. The dealership had nothing to do with this and they replaced the fuse and charged the battery for NO CHARGE. So, I have a newfound trust in them to handle some issues. More
