I received a recall notice. It said the recall service should take about a half hour. I requested an afternoon appointment and was told I needed to leave it for a full day. I brought it in at 9:30am and should take about a half hour. I requested an afternoon appointment and was told I needed to leave it for a full day. I went in for a recall and was happy to pay for an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter at a cost of around $200. The next day one of my tires was flat and I ended up going back in and they sa change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter at a cost of around $200. The next day one of my tires was flat and I ended up going back in and they said the tire was not fixable and I needed to purchase a new tire. This seemed awfully coincidental and it made me suspicious of their service. While I was waiting in the lounge for the new tire to be installed, I heard three technicians telling customers that they too needed a cabin air filter costing $89. This made me feel that this is something they are pushing right now to make money off of customers. I only have 19K miles and felt like I got ripped off! Today I would not recommend this service department. They have done satisfactory work in the past. It seems like they are trying to make up for money lost during the pandemic. More
