The finance person, Austin Burwick, helped walk us through all the transfer/legal papers and again, was helpful answering all of our questions. A scenario like that sounds very scary, doesn’t it, considering the experiences most of us have had with car dealerships? But the day before yesterday, I drove away from Autonation Subaru West with a dream car – perfect fit for me – feeling a huge sense of relief and gratitude. These people are lovely human beings, intent on practicing fairness, practicality, and – amazingly – kindness. From Sales ( Brian Lee) to Management (Ted Maloch) to Finance (Liam whose last name I don’t remember), every person was sympathetic and helpful. If you’re considering a Subaru, this is most definitely the place to go. You’ll be as amazed as we were. And you’ll actually enjoy the experience. More
