The sales person, Ryan was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive and definitely responded to my needs and got me the vehicle I was looking for, much quicker than I anticipated. Unfortunately the finance manager, Tyler, was the opposite. He didn't like the way my bank handled the financing, was rude and snippy when I declined all his warranty extra's. The best was when he said he could do better than my bank with financing, even though I gave them the choice before and they were 2% higher than my bank. What was the most insulting is saying that my credit score in the mid 700's was low and that is why they were giving me such high rates. My rating would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to deal with Tyler. More

The used car I purchased was not ready on time. Furthermore, I had it inspected after purchase and they did not disclose that the AC compressor was broken and the brakes are toast.
