I was referred to this location by a friend who loves his Subaru. After looking at multiple sites online along with reviews of different models, I had the car I wanted narrowed down. From our first meeting to our last he took all the time I needed to review different options, test drives, and allowing me to drop by with little notice once my car arrived. Each visit he went over unique features of the car and offered multiple options on how to manage my trade in, arrival of my car, and dates to finish the paperwork. I find Fidel very helpful, thorough as to my Subaru's issues, and honest. However, I know of several people who own Subarus who do not have the issues with their cars that I am having with mine.
