I just moved to Lakewood from out of state and was able to make a Saturday morning appointment online pretty easily after having to cancel one earlier in the week. When I arrived, I thought I had a lifetim to make a Saturday morning appointment online pretty easily after having to cancel one earlier in the week. When I arrived, I thought I had a lifetime oil change package that I purchased from the dealer where I bought the car last year. It turns out I was incorrect, and Trent was very polite the whole time even though I was getting frustrated. I really appreciate that Trent wasn't rude or demeaning, and was even understanding about me being confused. Because of Trent's professionalism and courtesy, I will be making this dealership my first choice for service as long as I live in the area. More
