The bank wanted over 3,000$ as a down payment for a 2014 Jeep Patriot with 147,000miles. The salesman did not make me a priority, he had numerous customers, even though I had an appointment, left me sitting in the lobby for hours for nothing. Then had the nerve to send me an email saying the price of the vehicle had dropped. I did not feel seen nor heard nor even cared about, I left the dealership in tears and I will never work with them again. The honda I requested was in my price range but they sold it, that’s shady business and shows a lot about the dealerships character, and integrity. More
