This dealership is shady, and inconsiderate. I put a car on hold and they sold the vehicle anyways. Then I gave them my price and he found a vehicle 1$ under it. The bank wanted over 3,000$ as a down payment for a 2014 Jeep Patriot with 147,000miles. The salesman did not make me a priority, he had numerous customers, even though I had an appointment, left me sitting in the lobby for hours for nothing. Then had the nerve to send me an email saying the price of the vehicle had dropped. I did not feel seen nor heard nor even cared about, I left the dealership in tears and I will never work with them again. The honda I requested was in my price range but they sold it, that’s shady business and shows a lot about the dealerships character, and integrity. More

We have bought Jeep Grand Cherokees for company use and Subaru Legacy and Outbacks for our personal use. Whenever someone has wanted to purchase a new car, we have let them know how much we like our Subarus and we send them in to Subaru West.
