Hello, My experience was very favorable. He kept me informed and and timing was kept as promised. I was disappointed when I went out to the car to leave and it had not been washed or v He kept me informed and and timing was kept as promised. I didn't receive information on the cracked windshield and what it would cost to replace. I also requested an estimate on the passenger side back door damage to be repaired and didn't receive any information. It is the details that keep people coming back! Thank you, Gayle More

I would love to give this dealership better rating, as their care of my Subaru's engine is excellent. Never had any issues with appointments, always got accurate time estimate for the work needed. Superb professional folks at the front desk and great technicians as my 10 year old outback proves. Unfortunately, I had not such a great experience with the body shop part of this service. First time, it was a loose inside panel after work was done on the passenger airbag. The dealership fixed that free of charge after a short conversation. Second was a replaced outside panel that keeps popping out a little bit since the initial repair service. I mentioned it at the last check up and was told that I would need to pay for the additional repair. I'll admit to being very disappointed with this portion of the car service, a service that's otherwise excellent. More

I have always received great service from this dealership. I love that it is close to my home & everyone is kind. I purchased the pre-paid maintenance package & that has been a good value. There was no hard pressure sales or multiple salesmen trying to convince you buy a certain model or brand. That was good. The only thing that we would have liked to have seen was that there were features trying to convince you buy a certain model or brand. That was good. The only thing that we would have liked to have seen was that there were features that we would have liked to have that were only iincluded in a package with other features that we didn't want. When you order a particular model with the features you want you should be able to get them without other features thrown in. It was nice that the packages were brought up and talked about but the final decision should be the buyers. Because you go in with a buget you want to spend and enevietably you come out paying more. At this day and age that could be a problem for a lot of people. More
