There was no hard pressure sales or multiple salesmen trying to convince you buy a certain model or brand. That was good. The only thing that we would have liked to have seen was that there were features trying to convince you buy a certain model or brand. That was good. The only thing that we would have liked to have seen was that there were features that we would have liked to have that were only iincluded in a package with other features that we didn't want. When you order a particular model with the features you want you should be able to get them without other features thrown in. It was nice that the packages were brought up and talked about but the final decision should be the buyers. Because you go in with a buget you want to spend and enevietably you come out paying more. At this day and age that could be a problem for a lot of people. More

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The process of buying the car was fine.....so if you are buying the car with NOTHING OWED to you, you might be okay......maybe. Unfortunately, I was promised a new programmed key, as the car only had one. Part of the deal (I have it written on the paperwork) was that they would include this second key, however I still to this day cannot get ahold of anyone who will help me with this, and thus still have no second key. I have called numerous times, left numerous messages and even emailed and "chatted" via their website to no avail. When I am able to get someone on the phone, they literally tell me there is no way to help me with this as this isn't their department!!! I have had my car for about 6 months now and still cannot get ANYONE to help me!!!! This is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with, and I have had many vehicles in my time. Please take my experience as a warning and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! More
