My appointment was scheduled for 1:45pm for a 6K mile oil change and inspection.. I arrived early and was pleasantly signed in and my car was immediately taken back to the service area. There was an estima change and inspection.. I arrived early and was pleasantly signed in and my car was immediately taken back to the service area. There was an estimated waiting time for the service to be completed of about 1 - 2 hours. I was there for approximately 40 minutes and I was called to collect my car - - - the service was completed. I was more than surprised and very satisfied that it was done so soon. I have to say the young lady that called me to the service area AND checked me out had a very pleasant attitude and personality. Her really friendly attitude and personality was like frosting on the cake! Thanks AutoNation - - - you really did good! More
