I’ve never been very loyal to any one car dealership but that has changed with my last visit. I only went in for an oil change, however the staff at AutoNation Subaru West in Golden absolutely won my heart! that has changed with my last visit. I only went in for an oil change, however the staff at AutoNation Subaru West in Golden absolutely won my heart! You might ask how can anything having to do with an oil change win someone’s heart? It’s the people there. All of them. Jon in service, and Scott in customer care, to name only two, are some of the most caring people out there. I had a very difficult thing happen while waiting for my car to be serviced and these two men went above and beyond to assist me. To be clear, my “difficult thing” had nothing to do with my car or with Subaru! The very compassionate people who work at AutoNation Subaru West noticed I needed some help and jumped in because they are kind human beings. I used to shop for my auto services with price being my number one deciding factor, but not any more. AutoNation Subaru West in Golden has won my loyalty and my business! Never underestimate what kindness to another human being can do! Oh, and the oil change was done perfectly, they checked my whole car for trouble, kept things clean, did it quickly, were very professional and I am very satisfied! I will be going back again and again. More

I liked the fact that since I was leasing the car that everything that they did was free. Had CVT work performed under Subaru extended warranty. We received a loaner because of the warranty, which was essential as the car was in the shop for over a week. We got our car back after the warrenty wor received a loaner because of the warranty, which was essential as the car was in the shop for over a week. We got our car back after the warrenty work plus some additional recommended services were performed and it works fine, the loaner suffered a technical issue on the last day and we received an unprompted discount on the service for the inconvenience. The service advisors were pleasant and we spent minimal time in the service bay which is always good. The car smelled a bit of burning oil when we got it back home, so there must have been some uncleaned oil spillage; I haven't looked under the car for clues, I'll do that when I do the next oil change in a month or so. The smell is going away; it's present but not obnoxious. More
