Salesman sometime leave you hanging. The vehicle is paid for second of May when there is special work to be done on a " brand new truck" like broken side-mirror or getting the wheel rims The vehicle is paid for second of May when there is special work to be done on a " brand new truck" like broken side-mirror or getting the wheel rims painted. They will let you wait for as long as necessary even I keep calling. There promises "suck" .You will have to talk to so many people and each one make there date promises and none of them come thru, for several days even weeks. Don't get me wrong there are couple of managers I do like dealing with, better than sales personnel or those people who pick up the phone in sales department! Because they do not treat you seriously. Finally we go to dealer on May15 (half month later) at noon but still we have to wait on that day. Come back later at the end of the day by 5pm and when we see the truck it's so dusty and we have to wait again for another hour to be wash and gas. After all the waiting they only hand me 1 key fob for this new truck. Suppose to be 2 remote control. Because the salesman of this truck is not in- today and he 's the only one who knows were the other key is! Are you kidding me ? If a salesman got sick in the middle of transaction for a week then another delay of the other key, (BAD BUISNESS) More
