We came in from out of town wanting to just "look" at a vehicle and ended up leaving with it. Both Carlos and Nayely were extremely patient with my family and I. Location of where you're buying a vehicle is a BIG thing! You want to know you went somewhere trustworthy. We gave up purchasing a similar cheaper vehicle all because of the customer service and down right good feeling you get from being there. The vibes were never pushy. Always on us and took their time with us and all the questions we had. We knew that they were not only reliable and trustworthy but overall had us in our best interest. Buying a car can be a process. However, through the process, they were very attentive and communicative. Ever since our purchase they have followed up with us at least 4 times. They truly care! Never before has anyone followed up and this is not our first rodeo. Even in down to finance, Isis was beyond helpful! She was also beyond amazing and took the time to go over every single thing. She definitely helped sooth this transaction and helped in every way possible! I've always mostly banked with credit unions and thankfully with our great credit they were able to even bet a credit union!!!! Unheard of right, yet they did it! ((Dont hold them on that, every case is different haha)) Nayely definitely made this purchase feel so special for our family. We greatly appreciate the follow ups and we are already recommending family to make the drive there! We made the 1 1/2 drive and we'd do it again! Definitely worth it! You definitely will NOT feel the sales person down your throat like some places and you'll for sure feel at home. This place was packed for a reason! Thank you guys for all of your help and patience.
