Out of all of the dealers that we had tried, AutoNation Toyota in Buena Park was definitely the best. The customer service was on point, and the dealership itself was clean and welcoming. However, I did have a few issues with the specific vehicle that I purchased. 1) The vehicle was advertised as having a “Tech Package”, which it did not. 2) The vehicle requires premium gas, which was not disclosed to me. 3) The key fob battery was dead upon purchase, and they were unable to switch out the battery. Once I did get a replacement battery, it turned out that the key fob was completely broken, leading me to spend and additional $200 for a duplicate key & fob. Some of these things are understandable, as I bought an Acura at a Toyota dealership and they may not be as knowledgeable about that kind of vehicle. However, it would have been nice if they did their homework a bit more on the vehicle in order to help me be informed. More
