I appreciate that he took the time to explain until I understood. This place is really nice while you wait you can watch TV and enjoy popcorn! It’s extremely clean and the chairs are comfortable. They also have a special room for kids to play and watch TV. I recommend this place you will love it too!! More

I am not happy with the service there at Toyota BP. -The right front seat was stained with motor oil or something similar. -They did not inform me that my car was ready; over 25 minutes after it wa -The right front seat was stained with motor oil or something similar. -They did not inform me that my car was ready; over 25 minutes after it was done; I had to ask at the front desk. -Also, when I forgot to unplug or disable the dash camera, I should have been informed and given the opportunity to disable and unplug it myself; the staff tampered with the cameras the wrong way and left oil on it. I am disappointed with this place. I will not be returning. Thank you for your service. More
