There were some good things while receiving the service, but this service was very bad because of the things that were not good. However, when I left the center after receiving the service, my car alarm went off, and I found out that the car hood was not properly closed. Isn't this too basic a problem? I didn't hear an apology and I was so angry at his attitude as if it was not a big deal. This is not the end. I got a call from my friend a few days later after service and I found that I received the service with my friend's car vin number. Three mistakes on a simple regular service.
