Went in for an oil change and our 2016 Camry was quickly diagnosed as needing a time chain cover gasket repair along with a valve cover gasket repair. Our service divisor took care of everything, booked us diagnosed as needing a time chain cover gasket repair along with a valve cover gasket repair. Their price shown next to msrp price was the same. To reserve the car, I was sent an “out the door” price that included thousands of dollars of mandatory add-ons. I thought that was illegal. That’s just sleazy and despicable. But to advertise a particular product at a particular price that does not exist at that price, in my opinion, is false advertising.
