I needed an oil change - I forgot that I had scheduled it at Anaheim and just showed up at the Buena Park location. They were so understanding and kind, and promptly welcomed me as a walk-in even though the at Anaheim and just showed up at the Buena Park location. He gave me good advice and offered extra preventative services that would be good for my Toyota (but was not pushy at all). He gave me an estimated pickup time - and sure enough, my car was ready right on time! That is not usually the case at the other location I've gone to. Check-in and check-out were both fast and super convenient. Not only was Yehia great, but another young sales associate offered me water and complimented my earrings while I waited. In addition, this location offers a free Lyft ride home (from service) within a 7 mi radius. (Anaheim either doesn't offer this or never mentioned it to me all the times I've been there.) Buena Park Toyota definitely has excellent and genuine customer service - I will be back for sure! More
