Steven also gave me a tour around the dealership and introduced me to their service department. This dealership is about 5 miles further than my nearest Toyota dealership, but I will definitely bring my car here for service and see how Steven is doing. I’m so glad I gave Toyota of Buena Park a chance before stopping my search. The finance manager also explained all the numbers to make sure I’m aware of everything. Nothing left unsaid. To sum it all up when my kid gets his license I know where to go to and who to talk to for a vehicle. More

I have to admit our experience did not start off too great at this location. I can get into that but what was more important to me is in the end the dealership really pulled through for us. Manager Alex Shin and his salesman Eli really went out of their way for us to squeeze out some magic and turn around our entire car buying experience. My wife and I had tried car max and other Toyota auto dealers and had nothing but horrible experiences. This location pulled through with flying colors and I would highly recommend this location after our experience here. I can tell they really wanted to make things right and they really did go above and beyond for us. I’ll be coming here when I purchase my truck in the future. More
