This is my first time going to a car dealership and I truly regret going to this one. I bought the car under false pretenses because I was told it had a backup camera which it did not which led to hold m truly regret going to this one. I kept getting looped around and around when I tried to call and speak to Aneesh the manager, but the day after I bought the car he was nowhere to be found. No one from the store was able to help me with my purchase or help me with any information because apparently I can only deal with the people who sold me the car and the people who sold me the car were conveniently off work for the full 5 days that I had to return the car. So now I'm stuck with the car. I truly hate this place. Everybody there is fake, everyone I talked to, everyone who smiled at me. It's all just a game and I feel like I've been played. On Google reviews, I see so many reviews have been responded to by an AutoNation rep. But no one has done that for me, clearly they dont care to make it right at all..😥 Never going back, never recommending this place, telling everyone I know what happened in detail. Thank you. More
