Newly renovated dealership. Service department is subpar. Made an appointment first thing on Saturday morning and was promised the vehicle to be done within three hours. After two-half hours I received a text from the service center saying my vehicle is nearly complete. So I went back to the dealership. Three hours past and no word yet about my car. I text back after three half hour mark to check if the car is done with no response. Only after 3 hours 50 minutes from the start they said it’s done. No explanation why it took long. 4 hours waiting. So if you like waiting in the customer lounge for a very long time with no water or coffee. This is the place for you. More
