I mean it wholeheartedly when I say that the visit from the beginning to end was seamless. They prioritize their customers and it was initially shown to me when my family showed up to their lot at around 9:15 AM and was in need of a Vietnamese speaker who had not started his shift yet (scheduled at 10 AM) but went out of his way to arrive at 9:30 AM to service my dad. Thank you Paul! And, thank you Mark for the welcome upon arrival! Robin was our sales specialist who made the biggest difference in our trip. In my opinion, my dad has a very unique and big personality and the amount of patience that Robin had for him left me beyond impressed. Robin was interested in our needs and openly transparent of what he can do for us NO BS- providing us options- if you want it that way, we can take this route- working together to make a deal happen. I appreciated his transparency and his willingness to meet us in the middle. We had him up and out of his seat maybe more than 8 times! Needless to say, after everything he went through for us - we had no choice but to leave more than satisfactory with the exceedingly exceptional customer service. I have no doubt that this is one of the best salesmen at the dealership and I hope that you're as lucky as we were to come across him. If a promotion or raise is in question, he is the person to consider! Overall, the process took about a total of three hours between picking a car and finalizing the contract - in and out.
