Staff was courteous and professional, but sometimes I felt they were less than perfectly straightforward on some issues. For example, I didn’t know there was a subscription fee for the connected services features of my car until I received a renewal notification in an email. Quite a surprise. I feel that those features should last at least as long as the warranty of the car. More
