Had the worst and absolute terrible/surreal experience at another sister dealership of Toyota. Tried to give them another chance two days prior, but was disappointed. Therefore, we almost canceled our appointment at Buena Park. We aren’t the type of person to go out of our way to be difficult. We are pretty simple, straightforward and transparent. Needless to say, this team was absolutely the best. An experience that surpassed and top the 30 dealerships we went to the past 2 weeks. It’s not on the same scale. It’s better. They respect your decision and try to work with you. There’s no games here. A huge shoutout to our sales person, Jair. We were full of relief that he was the first person to help us.
