In for my first oil change and have noise looked at. They drove it less then 1 mile and could not duplicate the noise. Also left oil marks on the door from their dirty hands. Finally they reccomend an alignment at my next service, either it needs a alignment which they should have done under warranty, or it doesn't need an alignment. I had an appointment at 7am they didn't even open till nearly 7:10. Then held my car all day finally called at 3:30 to oh yeah your cars ready. The sales department here is awesome but the service department sucks xxxxx. More

My low tire light came on and stayed on. Auto Nation did a thorough safety check on my RAV4. All 4 tires were low and the battery needed replacement and cabin filters replaced.
