In for my first oil change and have noise looked at. They drove it less then 1 mile and could not duplicate the noise. Also left oil marks on the door from their dirty hands. Finally they reccomend an alignment at my next service, either it needs a alignment which they should have done under warranty, or it doesn't need an alignment. I had an appointment at 7am they didn't even open till nearly 7:10. Then held my car all day finally called at 3:30 to oh yeah your cars ready. The sales department here is awesome but the service department sucks xxxxx. More

I’m told that my car is ready in about 2hrs with an appointment but it always takes double the time. And the service manager does not make me want to come back. My low tire light came on and stayed on. Auto Nation did a thorough safety check on my RAV4. All 4 tires were low and the battery needed replacement and cabin filters replaced.
