When I went in it was for an oil/oil filter change. Which sparked a conversation about the 1st oil change isn't a change it's a check. Where they only check the oil, not change it. When the vehicle is requesting the change at 5k miles and they say it's only required at 10k, but once I get the change done at 6k they placed a sticker in my vehicle saying to return at 11.. So in 5k not the 10 they recommended. Once in my vehicle it still says maintenance required, so what did they do if not provided maintenance? More

Brian told me give him 15 minutes, and somehow he pulled it off and found something even better, was able to come to terms with everything, no hassle, no fuss. Magdy in finance finalized everything, got everything on paper, made the usual dreaded "finance room discussion" rather a smooth sailing meeting everyone pulled through and ultimately met my expectations. Don’t ever go to the dealership for service or maintenance! Go to a local mechanic that can get the job done in less than half the amount of time and less than half of the amount charged! What a rip off. I always go to their dealership for service. I always get the maintenance plan and I always wait about 2 hours. I never paid nearly $2300 on top of the maintenance plan and never waited over 7 hours. Ridiculous More
