I had a horrible experience bringing my car here for service. They did NOT deliver on their promises nor were they able to find my car. I waited for 35 minutes for them to find my car. And, while I was waiting for them to find my car, there was no free water in the waiting area (I refused to spend $1 on a bottle of water while I was being fprced to wait longer than expected). Thankfully, one of the valet employees was kind and accommodating and provided water for me. I finally received my vehicle but was disappointed to find that the initial concern that I had, the ONLY reason for taking it to a Toyota dealership, was not addressed. I will never return to Toyota Cerritos, not for service, not to purchase my next vehicle. More
