When calling to make an appointment the agent sounded dreadful and half asleep. The service advisor I was given was no better, was half asleep and mumbling the entire time he spoke to me. Could barely understand him and he was not good at articulating his statements. When I arrived to my appointment it took 30 minutes before anyone checked me in and got me out of the vehicle. In the end the technician missed items in the multi point inspection. Failed to top off the windshield fluid and I later had a warning light pop up after using the fluid pump 2 times. I called the advisor and service manager, left voicemails and never heard back from either of them. This dealership has a bunch of lazy and terrible service providers. More
