I bought my tires from the dealership and alignment in march of 2025, and when I picked up my car, the sales rep told me about the warranty of the tires and what is covered. The rep told me if I got a nail in my tires, Do Not have another company patch the tires because it will void the warranty of the tires. Patching the tires is free and if they can patch the tires, they will replace it. He also reminded me that if you have a flat on Sunday and service is not open you have to wait until service is open to get your tire patch since you don't want to void the warranty. So guess what, I got a flat, made an appointment for Monday to get it fixed, and the service rep told me it is not cover if the hole was fixable with a patch, then it comes out of the owners pocket to get it fix. So I told him what my service rep told me and he just said, "Sorry." There was nothing he could do, he offer a free car wash. Is all this my fault when my original service rep told me to take it back to AutoNation to get it patched up. I took work off to make the appointment and I end up leaving the dealership without getting it fix. Taking work off cost me money and time, and all they can say is sorry. This is totally false advertisement, they get you to buy the tires and then said that certain service is not cover, one person said it is covered and the other person said it is not. I would never buy anything from Toyota again, no tires, nothing unless I have no other options. Costco service tires is way better than Autonation, I am very disappoint in there business practice and how I was treated. I didn't felt like a value customer who goes there all the time for service. I wish I could return the tires, and have Costco replace my tires. Just the peace of mind if there was any problem with tires, they will just help you, no questions ask. I just hope that they would do a better job at letting people know about the warranty before they buy anything, and now since it is by word of mouth, Autonation can say anything since it is not written on paper. You spend so much money for a car and you think that the company would help you deal with issues with the car, but I guess it isn't like that. They get to pick and choose who and when to help. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:40 am and arrived on time. As I waited in line, a service advisor directed me to move into the left lane as the line was shorter. After I moved into the left lane, the other lane began moving rather quickly and cars which arrived AFTER I did, were taken in for service while no one attended to me. I finally mentioned to the workers that I was here before some of those cars and had been waiting for almost 20 minutes! It took a few minutes before Ramiro Abarca FINALLY came over to me to get me started on my service. He had me go over to his booth. I brought my car in for 16,000 mile service and was charged $933.54! My understanding is a 16,000 mile service is approximately $230. What exactly was he charging me for that DID NOT NEED servicing? I firmly believe I was taken advantage of being a woman and not having much knowledge on the services provided whether it was needed or not. I am appalled that you would allow your employees to take advantage of customers. An explanation for these charges will be greatly appreciated. More

What a great Auto buying experience. The advertised vehicle was in stock. The salesman Jose Rivera was knowledgeable on the vehicle. There was no back and forth with the Managers.
