I'm adding to the review because people deserve to know probably the most important part of a car purchase: the post-sales support and service. A day in the showroom is a mixture of decision-making, figuring out financing, and the usual many hours leading to that moment of euphoria... driving your new or pre-owned car out the door. The next 5 to 10 years (different for each of us) is about the experience and expectations after the drive-away. My findings and experience – Unbelievably great! Exceeding expectations – Definitely! From the integrity and professionalism displayed by Advisor Jairo Gonzalez, coupled with the ease of processing, I was treated with genuine respect and courtesy. Jairo understands the customer's concerns and follows up in the best way. Additionally, AutoNation Toyota has a Service Manager "Head Coach" on the sidelines who is totally cool and does everything to ensure a superb outcome. The Service Drive Manager, Adrianna Maldonado, and I had a lengthier conversation than I expected. It was darn impressive listening to Adrianna's experience and dedicated career with the AutoNation group. My car? Everything was handled! Everything! I am obsessed with every sound and motion in my Camry Hybrid. I'm sure I annoyed everyone with my small demands. But Adrianna, Jairo, and the crew kept smiling and made it all happen. The car is awesome and has been since my purchase. It is so critical to have faith in the back end of an operation. I watched Adrianna work with the other professionals in the service area while waiting for my car. I was wowed! What a class act in a first-class Toyota service department. You guys were great! I highly recommend (AGAIN) everything about AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos! More

Miguel in the service department is super helpful. Had a couple of issues and although I was frustrated, he patiently walked me through what was going on and made sure to keep me updated.
