I came in at scheduled time. My car was taken right away. Was told the car would be ready about 9:15 am . Got a call at 9:14 saying the service was completed and car was ready. Great questioner service, they answered every phone all and were able to answer our questions. I don’t remember her name , I think Michelle in Cerritos ca was awesome. The service people helped me get coffee from behind the snack bar. The only thing is the shuttle was once a day. 50/50.
