AutoNation Toyota Cerritos

Had a great costumer service with Carlos, the only issue was how my car was delivered after installing all four tires with white glue or some type of white material around all four rims (looked really bad a was how my car was delivered after installing all four tires with white glue or some type of white material around all four rims (looked really bad and duty) incredible after paying almost $900 how can a car be giving to a costumer without being clean, and yes they cleaned it after me asking but came back looking almost the same… never before had install tires with that issue before… Please inspect your work before returning the car to your costumers …. I ended paying for someone outside to clean all the four tires to look neat without all the white around the rims More

Dealer was prepared, honest, and courteous. I had gone to another dealership the same day, This other dealership had a sales person who lied about a vehicle in order to get me to the dealershi I had gone to another dealership the same day, This other dealership had a sales person who lied about a vehicle in order to get me to the dealership. Very upsetting when coming from a distance with a family in tow. Then they were bothered that I was upset. However when I called Toyota of Cerritos they were kind, patient and honest about vehicle I had in in mind. Very refreshing. We loved the vehicle and made our purchase with them that evening. More

Service representative was friendly and I don't have any complaints about her, but when I picked-up the car, I gave the attendant the pink paper and I waited about 40 minutes but did not get my car. I have a Ford Expedition that I have a service plan for thru Autonation. Toyota Cerritos has had no interest in doing any service on my vehicle beyond the bare minimum oil change.
