I bought a Preowned Certified 2015 Toyota 4 Runner in 11/2017 from Morrie Azim with great service at the time so when we were looking to buy a new car, a 2023 Toyota Camry XSE he was our first thought. We took a day trip about 150 miles one way and then back the next day, now the Camry has 450 miles on it. About 5 days after we got the car Morrie called to check with us to see if we needed any help with the car and to tell us to call him or come back to the dealer with any questions. Everyone at AutoNation Toyota Cerritos has been great to deal with!! More

Despite the fact that my advisor never called me for an update on what was going on with my car and my car ended up staying over night due to it I’m still pleased with Cerritos Toyota service. I’ve been bringing my car here for years and have always received good service, mistakes happen but I’m still highly satisfied. The more frustrating part was actually calling and asking for an update and repeatedly getting transferred with no answer and no response or call back to my voicemail. Eventually I ended up driving to the dealer to get an answer as to what was going on with my car, not being able to get through by phone was the more upsetting part. As I said thou I’m still satisfied with this dealer and would recommend, this is the first hiccup in all the years I’ve coming here. More

I have almost no trust for this dealership. When my wife bought her car, we were told the warranty lasted the length of time we owned the car.
