I am grateful that they sold the vehicle at the MSRP and that they were willing to give us two test drives and try to provide all necessary assistance during business and non-business hours. The financial m that they were willing to give us two test drives and try to provide all necessary assistance during business and non-business hours. The financial manager seemed professional and patient even though we ended up purchasing nothing. However, they were slow and the car insurance business card information that given was out of date. I arrived at the store from 9 AM and could not pick up the car and leave until almost 5 PM. The car insurance part was dealt with for at least two hours. I believe they should be partially responsible for this. What we are most dissatisfied with is that the store is charged except for water, and does not provide any food, which is obviously different from Longo Toyota. When I made it clear to the salesman that I was too hungry to read the contract clearly, the salesperson even told me that I could take out food and take it to the financial manager's office to eat and sign the contract. I told the salesperson that we decided to eat before signing the contract. Then we came back with our food and found a vacant seat in the store for lunch. Halfway through the meal, the salesperson approached us and asked if we could sign the contract now, or take the food while signing. At this point, we feel disrespected. Then the salesperson said, there is a customer coming in and if we let that customer go first, then we will have to wait at least 90 minutes. I thought it was serious, but at this point my friend said, "We've been doing this all morning and haven't eaten anything at all. It's fine if you don't provide food. Can't we eat now? To be honest, I’m very dissatisfied with your service. Do you think that only you dealership has cars to sell? I know you want to close the deal as soon as possible, but the problem is that we also need to replenish energy. You asked us to come, we came early in the morning, and now we deserve to have your respect, right? Thank you!" After that, the salesperson just left. The funny thing is that when I entered the finance manager's office after lunch, I didn't have to wait at all. Why wouldn’t they be patient as I have completed the credit application and car insurance and have clearly told the salesperson that we would sign the contract after lunch? This incident made us feel that the salesperson seemed not professional and patient enough in handling the urgent matter and the relationship with the customer, which led to a huge discount for our entire shopping experience.
