Took my Tundra in for service today at AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos. I was immediately approaching by several people if I need help(love that) I told then I had an appointment with Carlos Lopez,they said of Cerritos. Excellent service, super friendly staff, everything was explain clearly in then beginning of the service of the vehicle and same thing after the vehicle was ready to pick up. Sadly, even with a 'waiting' appointment it seems an oil change was going to take nearly 3 hours wait. Best offer while I was waiting was to offer to leave me off at the mall next door. No thank you. I visited 3 dealeships in search of a Tacoma before arriving at AutoNation Toyota Cerritos. When I arrived Dexter Winans greeted me. As I was explaining to him what I was looking for and that I had an arriving at AutoNation Toyota Cerritos. When I arrived Dexter Winans greeted me. As I was explaining to him what I was looking for and that I had an approved auto loan through my credit union, a Tacoma that was in the showroom caught my eye. Unfortunately, the truck was $10K over what I had been approved. Well Let me tell you that Dexter moved mountains to get me the truck to be within my budget. I don't know how but he was able to bring the price down by $9K. This included lift kit and preventative maintenance for 5 years! Amazing right?! It gets better though. When it came to getting validation for my check from my credit union, Eric M was a bit busy. So he had someone else help me with it, after 30 mins on the phone with the credit union they only approve this loan for 8k under the original approval. So now what? I dont have 8k to put down. Dexter decided to give them a call himself.  When I tell you that Dexter stayed on the phone with the credit union for over an hour explaining every single little item the truck is equipped with, in detailed too. The credit union finally approved the check for the full amount!!! And i got to go home with my dream truck. The Team at Autonation Toyota Cerritos will make things happen for you. Specially Dexter, not once did I feel pressure or typical sales vibes. He was honest and true from the beginning,  he really put in some work to make this happen for me. He pushed for me, throughout the entire process. Highly recommend you ask for him when visitin Autonation Cerritos. I know he will be my go to for all future purchases.  More
