Sales staff was so unenthusiastic dealing with me that I felt like buying the car from them was bothering them. They also promised to fix two minor scratches on the car after I bought it. Unfortunately, they did a terrible job. Not sure who they have painting cars for them but they either do not know what they are doing or simply do not care. I got the car back covered in overspray and swirl marks. What professional body shop doesn’t know how to cover a car properly when painting and how to properly use a polisher? I’m upset and baffled. Had a nail in my tire. Took over 4 hours to get done which is completely ridiculous. Two hours would be to much. I know I just dropped in with not appointment, but that Took over 4 hours to get done which is completely ridiculous. Two hours would be to much.
