My experience has been HORRIBLE! I purchased a vehicle that broke down on my way home from the dealership and as I write this review, I still don't have the vehicle I purchased becau I purchased a vehicle that broke down on my way home from the dealership and as I write this review, I still don't have the vehicle I purchased because they are trying to get approval for the repairs. Are you kidding me? Clearly you guys didn't do a thorough inspection of this vehicle. Your 125 point inspection is a sham. It's been a month and I have to keep following up with them because no one calls me to let me know what's going on. I've waited to write a review because I was hoping things would improve, but it hasn't. My next move is to start naming names or speak with an attorney because this can't be legal. I've purchased many cars before and I have never had an experience like this before especially from a supposedly reputable dealership like Autonation! It's unbelievable how bad my experience has been. All I want is the car I purchased. If anyone from Autonation wants to reach out to me after this review, I welcome that, but if not, then I'll take further actions. More

Not happy about being sold a car with bad brakes and this dealership did not want to do anything about it.
