Everyone here is nice and communicates pretty well. Service appointments are very long though. A normal one can take hours, and a window tint appointment for our Venza took over 8 hours. This dealer is like other dealerships. They will try to get as much from you and lie to you. They will try to sneak as much as they can past you if you don't pay attention.
